Smoked trout terrine is delicious, I've never used the overnight delivery before but it arrived in perfect condition, the icepacks still frozen. Very yummy.

What beautiful products! Really thrilled with the top notch quality and the speed and efficiency of delivery. I ordered a variety of products, we'll eat the smoked trout fillets tonight and the others have gone into the freezer (potted trout, trout pate and sliced smoked trout). Also very impressed with clear instructions about whether the items are suitable for freezing. You can see that this has all been produced with great care and very high standards and that the food is beautiful, locally produced and lovely quality.
We are thoroughly enjoying our smoked trout at the moment. Ordering and delivery were both easy and precise, with our well wrapped and cooled package on our doorstep by 9am on our specified day of delivery, which we were very grateful for, as normal deliveries to us arrive after lunch.The trout in all the packs were beautifully presented in each. Then we come to the flavour. Oh ! The flavour is wonderful, the smoking not overpowering the delicate flavour of the actual fish, with a lovely texture on the pallette to give a real quality finish to a glorious product. Hands down best cold smoked trout we have ever had. Delivered a few days before Christmas. Eaten on Christmas morning with some good scrambled eggs!
